Make your own blend, and emphasize the flavors you enjoy.
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 2 tablespoons dried savory
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 to 1-1/2 tablespoons dried sage
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Store in an airtight container.
If using dried leaves, grind when making the blend or just before using. Or you can leave them whole. It's your poultry seasoning, so it's all up to personal preference.
